Now Bertie definately has the aaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwww factor!:D

    Thank you, he does!

I've long given up on the sofa TBH it's been totally hammered over the years, as long as the cats are happy I'm happy and I cover it with a throw if people come round!!!

I know this isn't a Mr T bargain but I had rolls of xmas wrapping paper for 38p each in M#rris#ns to day. There weren't many left in LL'nelli but scanned correctly so guessing they aren't store specific. Far cheaper than T's. HTH

a dry dish sponge will clean the sofa up like a dream, hardly any effort and an excellent result. I have 2 long hair black cats and 2 pale yellow sofas (they were free so i didn't choose the colour)

a lint roller will do the trick as well

From she who has cream curtains, white bedding and a (mainly) black haired cat

3dogs I'm nearer 55! don't feel it most of the time but memory (or lack of it) tells me otherwise! Luckily I don't look it or so I'm told.

Hi, can anyone tell me how long the buttermilk keeps? I used some in my scones which were yummy with the homemade butter, had some in horlicks last night and with cereal & honey this morning. Does it freeze? There's still quite a bit left and I woul hate to waste it. Thanks IA

Milk freezes really well so why not buttercream?
My buttercream still smells fresh. I reckon you are good for at least 3 days.

I bet your scones were lush!

Aren't we all a savvy bunch

I got 2 rolls at 38p each tonight when I called into M's for mullerlights (10 for £2 for those on slimming world ;)) and they had masses of them left - I got plain gold as can use that anytime
