Have just noticed that I seem to be the only one in the Stirling area on the list, I know there must be others out there as I am definately not the only one getting the bargains in the 4 tesco's local to me:)

Well, I am very glad to say that Mr 3Dogs is much better now - the sciatica pain has eased and he managed to walk the dogs yesterday and today, though very sore afterwards

We are off out now as we are back to our slimming world class today - that should be fun :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:
