    Morning all :D

Just contemplating a little trip to T's, kinda tired after last night.

Forgot to mention I seen the Chuggington sets have reappeared, but with a SEL of £12.97 :eek: Don't know if they are still scanning cheap though, I didn't check, might be worth a look if anyone was still looking for them :D

Nope, they're now scanning at the 12.95 ish and the duplo has gone back up too :(

I had a feeling that might be the case, as the Chuggington didn't have a SEL at all when it was £1.75, glad I got mine when I did then ;)

    Morning everyone,

Not sure if this has been posted before, but we needed some batteries for our electronic scales so did a google search and thanks to OP on HUKD found

Energizer 2032 batteries 35p at Ts petrol stations.

OH went this morning and got some SEL said 35p but they scanned through at £6.90 for 2 packs, so SA overrode till to reduced price. Not sure whether petrol stations do DTD.

Also according to same OP on HUKD there were some LR44 batteries 28p I think but not 100%.

Anyone been to Sainsbobs yet OP on grabbit reported christmas stuff going through 70% off. :)

So behind catching up so hope not missed anything, did find flycatchers, scotch brite heavy duty grill scrubbers, spongtex flexi soft, scotch brite easy eraser, croc odours, oust iron cleaning pads all scanning 1p. Thanks to all the OPs :T

Went to Sainsbobs ( small local one) on saturday to look for whoopsies, nothing at all.
They were binning all the bakery items ( cakes, bread etc) at 6pm even though they didn't shut till 10pm, didn't even bother reducing them first :(
    :(

    I'll have to try that

Works a treat! Take some really icy cold water and just after the steam room has finished its refresh with steam cycle, cup your hand around the sensor and cover it as best you can with the icy water for 5 or 6 seconds.......it'll kick into action again for another full refresh cycle! ;)

Be warned, you won't last toooo long in there! :D

  • morning all -

Not got time to read back - hope you are all having some good bargains and glitches in the sale.... if not, then im sure something will come along soon.

    Still no baby yet. lol.

Just wanted to ask a quick question... i sent a letter to Phillip Clarke a few weeks back regarding a complaint i had - quite a serious one. - it was then passed over to another lady - whos name i wont mention - she said she was dealing with the enquiry and would get back to me.... today i received an e-mail from another gentleman saying tha the enqury has been investigated and they staff will receive customer service training.....

i am not happy with this outcome - i wanted moredoing... not quite sure what - but as i ended up out of pocket from this, - i would have thought that a gift card would have bveen acceptable??? -

any suggestions of how i can word it so that i find out what has actually been done and im not been fobbed off... etc.?

    Thanks in advance

    xx

Your first option would be to reply tot he email and say you are not very satisfied and would like further explanation.
