I have a load of the Lactofree cream in my freezer from when we were getting them free with coupons, do you think these would be ok to make butter with?
I would definitely say so! Lactofree cream is still from cows but with the lactose removed so it will work exactly the same as long as it is a heavy cream (double or whipping).:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Big, big happy New Year to all you lovely folks. I don't get on here anywhere near as much as I'd like but I think you're all fantastic. I made great savings last year so was able to give my precious son's treats that I couldn't afford otherwise. Hope 2012 has many glitches, bargains and lots of laughs along the way.

Single / double or otherwise?? Sorry Im a newbie at all this kitchen stuff but would love to give it a go!
