Forgetful-- female--44- Manchester
Hi forgetful I'm a manc too from good old r0chdal3 where do you hail from?:beer:We are many we are one xxx
So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.0 -

Thanks to Happy Chappy's notes, below is a photo of my 2 boys. Arnie is now 8 and Dudley is 7 months old. Dudley's a real handful as he's now 7 months old and is a total lunatic. Arnie is the most wonderful dog that I've owned as he's so affectionate and loyal.0

Last night I used room temperature cream and a cold bowl (as recommended) and the results were really quick.
Last night though I left a bowl full of cream in the bowl covered as I was too pooped to process another batch.
I have just got the cold cream and bowl out of the fridge to process but it ain't separating. Will have to let it warm up a tad and put in a cold bowl before I proceed.
In other words, room temp cream and cold bowl WORKS!!!
Thought it might save a few of you lot thinking that it doesn't work.
Just wait for the chill to leave the cream before you start.
Gonna do the dishes and go back to it after...
You can also make it without a bowl or whisk! just keep shaking the tub you bought it in up and down until it starts to thud...twas how I made mine last xmas!!:D"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin
