They had some reduced to 30/50p at mine tonight, really pretty but yeah I totally agree, you'd have to buy something with them IMO if you were using them as a gift so would work out pretty expensive full price.

I totally agree, I got them to add to a vase of flowers I have in the kitchen (and because the pair only came to 35p :D), I definitely wouldn't have bought them otherwise

Silly silly man;);););)Tell hime 3 is fine, I've got three but my OH refuses to let me have 4:(
There was soooo much 5p double cream reduced in my local Tesco last night so I bought some and made some butter. It's so easy to make if you don't already know and if the cream is 5p you can't go wrong! You basically just whisk up the cream until it turns into butter, then drain the buttermilk and rinse thoroughly until it runs clear. Then you can add a bit of salt if required and form into shape. It can be frozen for a few months too. Apparently it tastes saltier after it has been frozen so don't add as much salt.
An electric whisk is best or it will take forever!

Love the idea of the cream to butter, I'm always seeing whoopsied cream:T
How's things Niki, have you managed any Ts trips over Christmas?????
No trips, I've got severe withdrawal, not been there properly since xmas eve:eek::eek::eek::eek: My guests all wanted to hit the proper sales in proper shops;)But tomorrow afternoon they will all be gone so I have an evening trip to T's arranged;):T:T:T
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
