in sainsbobs, all the xmas candles are 75% off. great big fragrance ones are £1.05

My DH would blow his top if I buy any more candles this year lol. I may have a quick peek tomorrow tho

That reminds me I need to light my tea tree candles in the conservatory. I saved all my small glass jars, removed labels and use them, the candles are safe and reflect so well
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Got friends round tonight so no late shift for me:(
Can a cake expert help me again please;)I've marzipanned my cake and am going to ice it tomorrow. Do I need to wrap it back up now I've put the marzipan on or will it be ok just left on the side???
Lalala you can just place a clean tea towel over it and it will be just fine HTH :)

My OH had better not buy any more candles:eek:We've got loads Although the tall ones in candlesticks look nice at Christmas, especially on the mantlepiece with a roaring log fire, I'm fed up of having to paint over the soot streaks up the walls:(

We almost had a fire last year when a candle (in a holder) produced enough heat through the base to burn a hole in the top of the piano:eek: It must have smouldered for a while to make such a deep indent. Only discovered it the next morning when clearing up. Take care:cool:
