Sorry I've come on here to vent. Will be back with a happy post in just a tick but for now.....

I'm so frustrated! I didn't receive a phonecall from the home shopping manager in my store regarding the coupon fiasco so I've just phoned CS again as she said it would be yesterday or today. The man I spoke to was so rude and it just seems that Tesco are holding me responsible. I thought I was able to hand coupons to the driver??? I've seen it on the coupon thread hundreds of times so I thought it was ok and the driver took the coupons and said no problem. I've only ever had good things to say about T's CS before but this is making me feel so rubbish. I know it's only £10.50 so definitely not the end of the world but it's the way they're dealing with it. He just fobbed me off with 'It's the busiest week of the year, it's been handed to the most senior person' yadda yadda
