Hi all seems like alot of people come on here to have a go at the mobile phone company they are with. Has your mobile phone company done anything good for you that you want to shout from the rooftops if so let us all know about it. It will be good to hear the positives for a change. :T

Lost phone recently; they gave me a new SIM and activated it within an hour.

O2 - had a problem with signal in my flat, they looked into it, kept me regularly updated, fixed it in around a week and didn't hesitate to give me £10 compensation - more than the pro-rata rate for the time it wasn't working and considering the problem was only at my flat, quite generous!

Must admit Orange have been really good to me
My daughter wanted a orange contract so i took it out in my name she pays it anyway it was £25mth but she wasn't using all the mins well nothing really so i rang Orange and said she wasn't using the mins and they reduced to £10 so saving her £15mth

They have also been good to me with Loyalty minutes and data

So Thank you Orange if you are reading this thread.
