We have had a problem with our broadband and I had the to phone them yesterday. Never have I experienced such rudeness from their staff. The advisor who was obviously a techie expected me to know what she was talking about and the 2nd guy was even more aggressive. I have great pleasure in giving up their crap service.
Also whenever I speak to their overseas contact centres they really know the meaning of customer service.

Is it cable or dsl broadband?...only if it's cable,sending you new equipment won't cure the fault in all likelyhood.
