vodafone - QuidcoCashback-An email asking me to confirm my direct debit details But W

Hi

Ordered a 12 month sim only deal Via QUIDCO. Got a first email, confirming my order number. Also informed me that my order is subject to credit check.

Now got a second email, asking me to call their customer service to confirm my direct debit details.

But if i call them, then i am gonna lose my cash back?

Am i supposed to call them or its just a trick by vodafone?
