How would you play this? Seller reneged on deal and relisted item at higher price

Won a fairly heavy auction item at £16.99 + 4.99 p&p on 11th December. Paid straight away.
Got an email to say dispatched on 14th December.
Tonight (20th December) got a message on ebay from seller to say they had cancelled the transaction and refunded my paypal account. The seller comment was "postage was wrong on this item thanks". My paypal account has been been reimbursed. Ebay is requesting I agree to the cancellation.
I've looked at the items the seller has listed and surprise, surprise the item I won is relisted, this time as a buy it now at £19.99 + £9.99 p&p.
Rather annoyed, especially as they marked it dispatched a week ago.
Obviously can't force them to send, and can buy elsewhere for roughly the same price. However I am cheesed off with how they have reneged on the deal.
Tempted to agree to the cancellation and leave negative feedback, but thought I would ask others how they would play this first. I'm gueassing ebay wouldn't be interested seeing as they have refunded?

Why would you agree to a cancellation so they get their ebay fees back?
Not sure if you can leave feedback is you accept the cancellation anyway.
You paid so file a non performing seller dispute when they fail to send it.
Then a nicely worded negative. Without sounding like a deranged psycho.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
dont agree to the cancellation.
That way he wont get his fees back.
It wont help you get your item but it will make you feel warm and happy inside

Can I raise a dispute seeing they have already refunded?0

Not sure on that, Try it.
You could buy it again and say you changed your mind like they did i guess.
Is it worth the effort? Leave a nicely worded negative and low stars will make you feel better.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

I don't agree with auction wrecking, but to answer earlier questions yes you can still leave feedback unless the seller files a NPB, which they can't in this case.
Refuse the cancellation, inform the seller you expect them to honour the sale (no threats) and when they don't you should be able to file a Non Performing Seller claim. None of this should alter your right to leave feedbackIt may sometimes seem like I can't spell, I can, I just can't type0 -
I'm with everyone above. Refuse mutual cancellation and leave feedback that warns other buyers about this seller.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Or tell them in advance that you are going to give them low stars and a neg. For a few quid, it might be worth them taking your money again, sending to you, and saving their reputation.illegitimi non carborundum0 -

Best not to make threats using feedback, as they marked as dispatched a week ago and didn't contact you sooner unfortunately the seller is due poor feedback. After the manner in which they handled this I would not be confident about trading with them anyway, even if they agreed to honour the price.
Personally I wouldn't refuse the mutual cancellation, eBay has enough money and I feel it's spiteful despite the poor service. I'd rather know I didn't lower myself to the seller's level. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
