BT Broadband Tell A Friend Promo

Just wondered if anyone has managed to take advantage of this offer from BT - if you recommend a friend you each get £10 within 30 days of activating connection and if you are both still with them after 12 months a further £10 each.
I am with BT and recommended a friend who activated connection last October - and we are still waiting for payment, despite numerous 'phone calls and emails.
Don't hold out much hope of the payment after 12 months if it's taking this long to get the first payment !

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift - the present.

I did that, it took ages and may phone calles to get the £10, I did get my £10 but I was told to ask my friend to ring to get his and he does not have time to do it. I also wrote to BT to complain, if you have no joy, you can write and when I did that I had £10 put in my account. If you are a Barclays customers, there was also a promotion £30 I think, not sure whether it is still going on, I did get that with no fuss. My contract runs out in June and I intend to go with sky broadband for free.0

Yes, I too was told my friend would have to ring for their £10. We're thinking about contacting OFTEL. Perhaps if we threaten them with that they might cough up!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift - the present.0
