I agree with this, but you claimed to have bought (past tense) in Dec 09 when this clearly wasn;t the case.

No, no. I did indeed buy in December 2009. Completion was in feb 2010.
Though I was clear on this.

Indeed, signing of the missives legally commits you to complete the buying process,
So effectively, at that point, you've bought.

There's no point in discussing this further as you clearly cannot grasp the simple concept.
There was never any point in discussing it light. I'd doesn't matter. Never did.

I did congratulate you, more than once.
Like I said. If only you had JUST congratulated me.

You must have missed it as your reading glassess transfers tect into a different arrangement something that implores you to argue against regardless of the meaning.

ha ha. Classic. Probably best not to sarcastically refer to someone needing “reading glassess”

Maybe I should have been congratulating your better half as they obviously decided to go against your wishes to become a homeowner ;)
Oh dear. Slim pickin's in the little book of fallbacks, clearly.

LOL, I did answer it before, again you must have missed it as the red mist decends in front of you.

Yeah. Where did you do that then?

LOL, I did answer it before, again you must have missed it as the red mist decends in front of you.
"What does it matter" - It doesn't really

    Finally you get something right.

"Who bleeding cares" - you obviously continuin to try and squirm a "geneer" concept into the main world instead of accepting when you bought.

I bought in December. I made an offer and it was accepted.

It's the comedy seeing you squirm that draws others in yo oust you.
As well as being a storyteller, you have the essence of the boy who cried worlf.
I can't imagine anyone's ever cried “worlf” lite. Looks like you might need “reading glassess”.

Though it transpires that I was telling the truth, and the denialist conspiracy theorists, got it rather wrong, didn't you.

Which rather clarifies who's really been doing the squirming.

    Every lier has their comeuppance.

    Indeed. And you got served.
  • Best of luck to you in geneers world and definitions.
Hope it doesn't conflict too much with the real world

Even with my "reading glassess" on, I'm not really sure what you're banging on about now.

Though of course its highly likely that "it doesn't really matter". :)

You brought in February 2010 then. The date you agree a figures is not the date you have purchased, the date you complete is.

Your purchase would be in the February LR statistics not Decembers wouldn't they?

Not sure why anyone would claim they purchased before the completion date? Before that date all you have done is agreed a price.

    Indeed.

Yeah. 20 post later and it doesn't matter. :rotfl:

    Thats nice.
Big of you to admit that your spelling, syntax and terminology gets a bit loopy when you're typing angry. ;)

If that's what you like to think. I'm not going to get into a debate with you over. I'm happy that you think you've got the upper hand.
    I'm not a typist.
When I type on forums I don;t get my knickers in a twist over spelling and syntax.
Those that revert to this type of argument usually do so when they have lost an argument.

Modern technology does make you sloppy when you can bash out a responce, hit F7 and do a spell check. It saves so much time.

Did you go to secretarial studies to be so impervious to syntax or spelling errors?
Maybe you need to take a class on definitions

On that subject (terminology), there are many that don't agree with the geneer dictionary of definitions.
I don't believe it is as widely published as more established books.

    Incidently, did you know?

Word of advice. The secret with meaningless ripostes is so keep them short and pithy.;)
