Sure. Everyone is in no doubt you land with every shot. Are self-inflicted "BOOM HEADSHOT"s to be celebrated? :)

Of course. The chaps have certainly scored a few own goals in this latest geneer-a-thon. Comedy gold.

So effectively, to all intents and purposes, in every way that matters, you've "bought" when you signed the contract yeah? ;)

Oh yeah EVERY way that matters. :rotfl:

Like, I'm sure you actually got to use the house as soon as your offer was accepted?
Or was it perhaps after completion? In February.

Fair enough. Although the critical difference is that Renovation man doesn't actually land the blows JB. He just keeps saying he did and hopes no one notices.

Unbelievable that 'lack of self awareness' and 'hypocrisy' are your favourite sound bites. :rotfl::rotfl:
If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.

    Shrugs.
Really Bravo? You want some of Lites action?
    Slow news day?

You can buy a book on amazon on monday.
But you don't get to "use" it until its delivered.

You can buy a holiday in december, but don't get to "use" it until June.

    etc.

Not really. You post would be a perfect example of just saying something and hoping no one notices your talking tosh.

Which kind of throws the "self awareness" and "hypocricy" right back at you Columbo.

If course, we wouldn't expect anything else from an impartial observer like yourself.

You're not very good at pedantry. When does the money change hands in your two examples? When did the money change hands when you bought your house?

Usually don't have to rely on it as a fall back rob. ;)

When do I sign a contract that legally binds both the purchaser and the seller to the exchange? :D

I know it's different in Scotland but I'm not sure how. So a chance for you to actually impart knowledge for once.
I don't know, when did you sign a contract that bound you to exchange?
You did all of that in December, after offering and searches etc and still only completed in Feb?
