It is probably because after about 18months of the WP the provider with the best results get the most referals from the JCP and the one with the least will get the least amount of people = less opportunity for 13/26 week and up to 2 year payments.

the JC don't get a choice who they send people too.

Each area has a couple of named providers (they had to bid for each area) and when someone has been unemployed for 12 months they are called into the JC for a meeting with and advisor. The advisor puts their name in the computer and the computer allocates a WP provider.

At the moment that is what happens but within the first 18months of the WP each provider has to prove their worth so to speak and the better performing provider will then get the majority referals in that area.

At my provider again tomorrow, know what It's going to be like before I get there all of 10 mins talking, they don't offer me much help as I don't really need anything off them, wish I could get them sanctioned for offering no help at all.

That will be difficult for most then, in more ways than one.

When the poxy goverment release the official data for their pathetic success rate, maybe grayling & co will admit to themselves what 90% of the uk have known for the last 4 years, big recession not enough jobs! jobs as in real paying full time etc etc etc.

I saw a new advisor today. She's lovely but could offer me zero help. She looked at my CV and said it was spot on, she did a job search for me and couldn't find anything that I hadn't already applied for.

She admitted there is nothing they can do for me and apologised profusely. She wished me luck, said my next appointment will be sent in the post and I was out of there.

What is the point of all this? I know I keep asking but I'm hoping against hope someone might come up with an answer.
