I returned almost 50% of what I ordered last year. Hardly bought anything else online for about a year.

Until a couple of years ago I used to always get a VIP invite, even though I never bought anything except in the VIP sale.

Last 2 years not had anything, however was told if I order a directory I would qualify for a slot. So I signed up for one, even though I don't use it as I only shop online, and hey presto, got a slot this year!

I always get a slot. No idea why, i never shop online in the sales and probably only spend about £100 a year in the store and online in total. 3 years ago i did order some furniture and bunk beds.

i got a slot, only order on line when its the sale and then send lots back, i did phone next up a couple monthes ago and said i wanted to cancel my next catalogue and was told that if you take up the VIP slot you get the catalogue, which you then have to pay for
