The SIM would work in Sweden-but all the calls would be exclusive, as you would be roaming.
The ETC will be the balance of payments still due on the contract-so for 13m that will be £480.

Cancellation fee is usually monthly cost x months left. You can get another SIM easily enough, do you have anyone in the UK you could give it to so at least they get some benafet, and by that I mean close family who you really trust...
