Tcp unfair parking fine sainsburys

Hi have on 24/12/12 received a ppc from TCP for 60.00
have not that I know of broken any rules to shop in sainsburys .
no ticket on my car no photo evidence given and so I have written to my local paper to make others aware. I will not pay this charge as I never received a ticket on my car and no reason is given for the charge.0 -
Write to sainsbury as well, they are responsible for the actions of their agents, no matter what they tell you. Demand that the fake ticket is dropped as you are a customer, inform them that you hold them jointly responsible for the harassment you are receiving and will sue them jointly for damages if tcp persist. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

My hubby wants to draft a letter to them. MANY THANKS TO ALL.
No, dont do that. Not at all.
As it stands they dont know you from adam, and they will have to spend £2.50 to find out and 50p to write to you.
I bait TCP in Sainsburies purposely, ive got about 8 of there nonenforceable invoices, and had a couple of hilarious phone conversations with them. They really are clueless and for of BS.
Just ignore, and ignore all the toothless bollox they send you in the post. Theres nothing they can do, and have no way to make you pay a cent.
As they dont even own the land or rent it, a judge in a Court of Superior Record (like the High Court) ruled they have no legal ability to offer parking, and no legal ability to demand money VCS vs HMRC 2011 UTT/1550 -
TCP are currently going through a bit of a "phase" for want of a better word.
someone over on pepipoo received a TCP charge, and tey have only been incorporated since the 3rd of December.
Technicly a different TCP to the one thats on the BPA AOS, in otherwords they shouldnt be getting DVLA access.
see here http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=75552
if youve received a TCP ticket, what is the company number? From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0
