Hi to everyone, this letter as made me feel sick in my stomach i do have ill health.
My hubby sent off a letter refusing to pay. Sorry i did not read correctley the info sent by you all but i have read it all including what is on youtube.
But can i say a great big thank you to everyone & i Wish You All A Merry Christmas.

No doubt you'll be back in a few weeks, telling us they've rejected your appeal and you still have to pay. But now you've read everything thoroughly, you'll understand that that is all part of the letetr chain.

My hubby sent off a letter refusing to pay. Why? - So many people have told you to ignore it and not to write to them. By writing to them you've now invited even more sick to the stomach feelings. They'll be sending you even more threatening letters now.

Listen to those who are advising you. Most of us here have experience with PPCs and I've worked for two of them plus two council parking depts. PPCs are POWERLESS against you. Writing to them and acknowledging that you got their invoice just confirms that you live at that address and they'll continue to send you even more junk mail making all sorts of threats against you.

    You're your own worst enemy.
  • Excel Parking have twice tied to exort money from me for parking after hours in a supermarket/shops car park. Wrote the first time quoting the judge who said they were cowboys and the second time just ignored them. Signs were about 20ft in the air up a pole! impossible to read at night anyway. JUST TOTALLY IGNORE THESE SCAMMERS DO NOT PAY.
  • Hi can any one help me please!

I received a parking charge notice from TCP when I parked my car in in a car park which was designated for permit holders which I am one.
My permit fell of the dash board as I closed my car door and fell on to my car seat, on return to the car I found a parking charge notice on my windscreen.
I explained to the parking attendant that I did have a permit but it fell on my car seat when I closed the car door, he said just appeal.
I have read many stories about TCP, shall I pay the fine or just leave it.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

It would be best if you start your own thread. And it's not a FINE!

The short answer is that you ignore these clowns. Simple as that.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Except you haven't said whether you are the registered keeper of the vehicle, so are you ? Also when and where did you get this invoice (not fine) ?
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
