Where to get packing boxes?

Yep, Freecycle is the best option if you have a group locally. I recently got rid of a batch of moving boxes to a local couple who needed them.
(Edit: I don't suppose you're in South East London but I have more where those came from!)

Keep trying the supermarkets, i used the crate boxes they use for Bananas, oranges etc. They're great, as long as you keep you items within the limits of the box, as you can stack them ceiling high and are great for quickly retreiving items that you didn't think you'd need until later.0

I got some good quality second hand ones from ebay from a seller called boxxshop. They are very usable and came very quickly. He does various "collections" of boxes so you can pick a package of number of boxes/size of boxes to suit you. To me they represented good value.0

Have posted a freecycle message and might have another trip around the supermarkets tomorrow. Thanks all.0
