  • Edinbrugh is a lovely city. Fingers crossed it all works out xx

Thank you I just love its history! :)
  • Hi everyone, sorry for not posting yesterday. I have been at my OHs the last two days having our Christmas.

I got loads of post today a freebie of toothpaste and my Credit card bill which is a bit higher than I thought by £100  Never mind but I am glad that I allowed for it ;)

Looks like I may not underspend on my Christmas shopping this month I still have to get a few bits but Im nearly there. I am now waiting for my sisters present and it doesnt look like it will arrive before Christmas despite it being ordered three weeks ago so that will be a mad dash tomorrow :o
  • Today I finished off a few bits of Christmas shopping. A present didnt arrive for my sister so I searched the town for it and couldnt find it anywhere so I brought her something else I hope she likes it

I got wine for a friend and my landlady. I had a look at my bank balance and its shocking. Sadly we dont get paid till after Christmas  and we totally miss the sales! We get paid on the 29th :(

I have a night out tonight so it'll be a cheap night out me thinks!:(
  • Just a quick one to say Merry Christmas, I have fully recovered from my night out which was fab and I still have £5 in my purse having gone out with £20! :j

The drinks were supposed to be £1.99 last night but it being Christmas Eve Eve they were twice the price

Anyway just relaxing and eating and drinking loads! Have a good one everyone!
  • Merry Christmas MSERS, Off to get drunk :D:D:D:D:D
  • Today has been another relaxing day. Watching DVDs and reading my new books. Two NSDs in row :j that is quite unusual of me :p

Anyway the reality is I have £8 in my purse and thats it till Thursday where I have a wedding on Thursday and a possible trip to see my OH and it costs £9 to get there and back so I may have to give that one a miss :(

Anyway it will work out in the end, Happy Boxing Day everyone :T
  • Hi all, I had a quiet ish day yesterday OH came through to see me and paid for dinner :j. Had a surprise £5 to spend as we brought an extra present for my Aunty.

So I had £3 and have just spent it in lunch. Im also in my overdraft but by £25 which isnt bad but I'll get charged 50p each day .

The good news is I have a cheque to cash in tomorrow and its payday so will work out some figures and see how much I can save!
  • Ok the figures say I can save £300 in January so I need to make £200 to make it to £500. Just trying to figure out what I can sell. I have a few ideas but I will do that next week.

I just received a cheque from Music Magpie for £7.67 so will cash that at some point this week. :D

Not much planned tonight had 2 hours sleep last night so I am quite tired and when I am like this I tend to think and worry about money, so Id better snap out of it!
  • Yay its payday! I can't wait for tomorrow as I get to put some money into my savings account :j I also have my Music Magpie cheque to put in and some of my Xmas money :D

I went to a Wedding Evening do it was very nice and turned out to be a Ceilidh which was fab so the food and drink was free :D

In other news I have just paid off my Tesco CC and hopefully that will be the "emergency" credit card but I hope never to use it. I have also cut up my Barclaycard as well its silly to have it hanging around as I never use it only for my BT.

Tonight I will be cleaning my room once I have done my clicks and polls :p
