No, they did not say, just would be sent out as and when, her words where whenver the I.T dept decides, not much use it it!? haha

I called them this evening, as I had been told twice earlier today (by phone) that my e-mail would be 'sent soon'. The CS guy I spoke to about 30 mins ago said 'yours has now been sent' I kept telling him that I hadnt received it and asked why.....he absolutely no idea or no explanantion as to why this would be......just kept saying it had been sent and I should get shortly........so frustrated!!
