Be a challenge if it was fitted on an internal wall though but.Its not a complex affair to bore a hole in the wall to take the extracor ducting. Its DIYable if you have the skill or any handyman will be able to do the job.
It's very rare to get an extractor that isn't set up for extraction as well as recirculation.

I hate my extractor, even though it goes to the outside, the "workings" beyond the metal filter still get clogged with grease. I think I would rather do without one and just open a window.0
