  • 5 cats here so artificial tree..... tied up with a piece of string to the windowsill...........

    they play with the dangling things and one of the fluffy robins has been mauled but thats about it...( so far)

    I have two cats and the first year with the tree was a nightmare.

    So this year, I put the tree in the dining room infront of the patio doors and tied it to the handles - result tree still standing after 4 weeks. Can't even see the string as I secured it in place before decorating. They only thing missing from my tree is a few baubles Treacle decided to play ball with.
