giffgaff - slightly confused

I've heard much about the giffgaff network but am still slightly confused about a couple of points:
1. All of their 'goodybags' seem to include unlimited internet, so then why do they quote the rate of 20p/MB? In what circumstances would I be charged this?
2. The 'goodybags' are all monthly rates but on PAYG - so does it mean i can change to a different 'goodybag' each month?
3. Is it simply a case of re-topping after 30 days to get the next months' goodybag?
Basic questions, but just a little confused.
Thanks

Answers:
1. There are Goodybags with no inclusive data and that is the cost if you have one of those.
2. You can change to a different Goodybag when yours has expired 30 days after activation. You cannot renew a Goodybag if your allowances have run out before 30 days.
3. Yes. You can also set up and auto Goodybag topup. So if you have a £10 one now you can have a £20 next month if you choose or stick to the one that most suits your usage. For me I use the £10 one each month.0 -

Because you don't have to buy a goodybag, you can just use Giffgaff as a normal PAYG - paying for calls, texts and internet per call with the charges taken from your PAYG credit. The goodybag is more like a bolt-on in addition to normal PAYG.
2. The 'goodybags' are all monthly rates but on PAYG - so does it mean i can change to a different 'goodybag' each month?
Yes you can pick any of the goodybags for the following month however you like or you can skip a month and not buy one if you want! (and pay for usage from your 'normal' credit. crazy! haha!)

Any time during your current goodybags month you can buy your next goodybag and it will stack up (you can't setup autorenew purchase you have to log in and purchase it) when your current goodybag expires the stacked one will take over for the next month...
So at very least you need to log in just under every two months (I prefer monthly) and buy the following months goodybag. This ensures no gaps and no charges unless you use all the goodybag call allowance.
Basic questions, but just a little confused.
Thanks
