Got the best bargain from my local TK Maxx, giant mirror original RRP £499 and paid only 30p. Also buy some scrapbook kit reduced to £1 today.

thanks Annie! i went into tk max and survived the crush to pick up quite a few bits for 20p and a bin for 70p was £10!!
huge queue as people just hurled all the clothes under a fiver in a trolley and made for the checkout. guess they return them if not ok
i must go earlier in the day next year! thanks for the tips guys!

also got large body butters 2 for 6 quid at body-shop/ lots of 75% off boots stuff and tj hughes stuff all due to tips here!!

Huge thanks to the Op for telling us about the sale. Braved the rain today and finally made the trek there. Got some great bargains. You can tell it is near the end, because a lot of stuff was broken, or had holes in them. Mind you, TKMaxx are very good about returns as long as you have the receipt. So, there is the possibility that people will return stuff later in the week.

WOW lucky u!!! i popped back in today...not much left a lot of broken things!!! managed 2 pick up a BCBG by max azria jumper for £3 a top for 70p, some false eyelashes for 50p a gio goi denim jacket for £6 and a mens calvin klein jumper for £5 . They had quite a few gift sets with cute cupcake teapots and matching cups and saucers for only £1!!! I really had no reason to buy but would make a nice gift

i tried to use the rest of my xmas gift card up today. I got some good stuff. First brill buy i got was a bag i was last week, was reduced down to £22 from £150 and i got it today for £7!! also got a lloyd baker purse set for £1, reebok gym vest for 70p, sparkly clutch bag for 70p, 7 for all mankind jeans for £3, j brand jeans for £3 and white diesel jeans for £4. Also got the kids a couple 20p toys with it and one for the nursery project they are doing just now.
After all that i still have £2 left on my card! :-)
