In recent bad weather my very old fence has fallen down. It was in a bad state of repair when I bought the property 6 months ago. Next door neighbour is now shouting at me to get a new fence because his dog is not enclosed in their garden anymore. I do not have any spare cash at the moment and I suggested that if he wants…

Thanks for all the replies. It looks like there used to be a wall up before, which looks like it was on his side but that has been knocked down and only part of it remains. The fence looks like it is on my side of the old wall. I have a matching fence with my other neighbour.

I will replace the fence eventually but cannot afford to do so at present and I don't want to do so at the demands of my neighbour.
