B10 Notice recieved, but I don't owe any monies to anyone

Hi All I wonder if you can help. To my shock I have received a B10 notice of registration bankruptcy notice from the Land registry.

I have not taken any loan or had any issues with credit, in fact my house is paid off. I am so worried what this means. Can some please explain, what I should and get this rectified.

How exactly have you "received" the notice by post or was it served.

Have they said to which debt it refers ?
If not an EMERGENCY paid credit check is required.
Do not use free services, they sell your details to debt sharks.
have you been served with a petition of Bankruptcy, if not do not accept papers from anyone asking for you by name.

I have not been told who the debt refers to

I have done a credit check on creditexpert and all looks good, my credit rating is excellent with no loans.

I have not received petition of bankruptcy

Hence why I am really confused and worried.:(

Is it actually addressed to anyone by name?
When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN :D

  • The bankruptcy letter has my name (My name is common) and the address that I still own and used to reside at. I now reside elsewhere and have done so for more than 3 years. All my bank accounts/bill/voting has been changed to my new address.

The Bankruptcy was entered on the 21/11/11, no court date, just a court reference number.
