I am using the new forum layout and I've noticed that the exclamation mark to show a comp is ending today does not show up along the side as it does in the old layout does anyone know or have any ideas about how to get around this?

(I have just posted a comp and the exclamation appears at the end of the title in the post itself)

I have just started to enter Twitter competitions and can see that people Retweet the same thing over and over again, every hour or so for days until the competition closes! Is this what you're supposed to do - I've only been retweeting each competition tweet the once!

Apologies if this post is in the wrong place but I'm looking for a bit of advice.

I just had a phone call from Thomas Cook to say I had won tickets for Everton v Spurs this weekend. When I asked what end and said I was a Spurs fan the lady said I couldn't have them and the competition was only open to Everton fans and it said so in the T's n Cs. I didn't see that at the time so I went back to have a look at the page and it has disappeared. I was wondering if you can shed any light? Seems a bit weird for a competition to be open to Everton fans only? And how would you prove you were a fan?

I can't post the page link because I'm a new user, but if you search 'Everton Spurs Thomas Cook Competition' you should see where the Mirror's page was.

Just about all these football tickets are for home fans only - twotimes has stated this in the comp title.

I found similar competition Terms and Conditions that say that the tickets are for the home end only but not for home fans only. Some of them go as far to say that no opposition chanting will be condoned, but not that ONLY home fans can win.
