Marketing - they've phoned me today too.
Ford have now announced the winners namesThanks to all posters :A0 -
Jaibaby Thanks. Never had a winning call and wouldn't want to miss one ! Brillant prizes record well done. You must enter loads of comp!0

I wouldn't say loads, I do the ones that take my fancy or that will be well used by a family member. Most are little wins but I've had some nice ones - the iPad2 for example! :j
My mum has always said I'm very lucky. When I was a kid, I entered every competition I could find (which wasn't that many back then) and I think my win ratio was about 8/10. Of course, it's very different now, there are thousands of competitions, and even more compers. Just think lucky - and if you were meant to win something - you will!
All the best & good luck for the future xxMatryoshka wrote: »Heads Up

Anyone else starting to think the postals board is the new discussion thread lol?0
-
I know that the rule here is that we try and avoid posting 'vote for me' type messages aside from in the relevant forum. Actually I agree with this.
I wonder though if it would be acceptable to post a 'please vote' (for anyone!) type message?
There seem to be so many people breaking the rules on voting competitions nowadays (buying in votes as an example) that it seems pretty useless going in for these competitions unless you either have lots and lots of friends or are prepared to cheat.
By asking people simply to vote might help to counteract this?
What does anyone think?0 -

Nope. T'was a harmless question regarding postcards/envelopesSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

I wasn't referring to that specific person, I mean in general!
We have IWIWIW! and this thread so shouldn't we be asking questions or congratulating people using these mediums, otherwise why have seperate threads?
I'm not trying to start a fight or cause a fuss so please no one take this personally because it is not aimed at anyone0 -

Well i do say at the start of each thread to keep chat to a minimum but no one takes any notice :rotfl:
i do know it annoys some people though, not naming names, a bit of chat is ok but sometimes it does take over, any discussions that is gonna be over a few posts then it needs to be taken to the discussion thread, said that the other week on there, as for iwiw if its a postal win then its nice to put on the thread as shows people are winning from the comps on there and encourages people, majority of people will just thank that post but some do reply with well done's and way to go
If any issues with the postal thread then im always on hand to help0 -
