Orange Insurance - Lost phone
Hello there,
Does anyone have any recent experience of claiming from Orange?
I lost my phone and called Orange to report it. As I have had the phone less than 2 months, I was informed that I would need to complete a claim form and fax it back. They will then assess the claim and aim to get back to me within 72 hours. The phone was in my bag but I suspect it fell out when I went into my bag to get my wallet to pay the cab driver. I only realised it was missing the next morning.
