Fantastic service from Tesco Mobile

I had my PAYG phone stolen in Tenerife last week. Just contacted Tesco, I had to answered a few questions and now I am to receive a free sim with my number and also my unused credit.

Best service I have ever had!

    Must say i have never ever found terrible customer service from Tesco .
    In fact i even sent a letter to a store manger praising the staff on Tech side for their knowledge and help .
