  • Bella get well soon.

Mummy - this year seems to have flown by, I need to start thinking about secondary school for my daughter in september:eek:.

Wasn't a bad shop in mr T, been to lidl this morning and spent £41.64, hubby is always gobsmacked at how much we pay for the amount we buy, he hates Mr T now and always has a rant as we walk around lidl :rotfl:.
filled the car up with petrol at Mr S so another £40 spent, petrol should last me a couple of weeks though.

House looks like a bomb has gone off in it, washing basket is breeding, sick of the rain and not being able to get anything dry:mad:, have had to put the CH on low for an hour just to get a few bits dry:(.

  • Aw hope baby feels better today.

Been up an hour and I've hung a load of washing around the house on radiators (chucking it down outside again:mad:), put another load onto wash and have ironed the clothes that were taken off the radiators this morning.

DD is at pony club today, should have been yesterday but got rearranged to today due to a gymkanna (sp) for the older girls being held yesterday, so will need to cough up £25 for that.

Need to list 5 things on e bay.

Must clean bathroom today and finish the ironing mountain.
Dh is working until mid morning, should be back around 10am, so putting off having breakfast until then and will make a full english, hopefully this will mean lunch will be something snacky mid afternoon and then should be ok until tea time (rst lamb tonight).
  • So we had a huge breakfast and then took the dogs to a local wood so they could have a good run and we could walk some of the brekkie off, called into in laws on the way back to collect some eggs and OH got roped into helping FIL dig a hole for a pond in the back garden, they have wanted one for years but have always put it off because of grand children, but now DS is eight they have decided to have one built, DS is very excited he thinks he can sit by it with his fishing rod, told him his grandma will kill him if he pulls a trick like that:rotfl:. We stayed for lunch, just sandwiches but this means the soup I had thrown together in the slow cooker before leaving the house will now do for tomorrow nights tea:D.

On money saving front, have recycled a pair of DD jeans into shorts, they were too short in the leg and had a mark on the knee so even though they were next ones they couldn't have been sold on ebay, so chopped them off just above the knee folded them over and dadaaa a pair of denim shorts.

I always like it when we have a big breakfast lateish and then you can get away with a roast dinner mid afternoon.

The weather has brightened up here, just as its too late to peg out and ive put the TD on , very annoying! Unfortunately its looking ropey beginning of week too xx

  • Hi mummy, its still raining here .

Not much th update today, postie has brought me some maybelline BB cream to try, postie also tried to deliver a parcel, will go and collect it from sorting office after picking kids up from school and as its near Mr Ts I will nip in their for some venus blades as they are currently reduced down to £5 but I have a voucher for £2 off, Going to try and get a joint of pork as well, each time i've been in with my voucher for £1 off a £5 spend on pork joints they either have them around £4.50 or huge ones at £10, i swear they are doing it on purpose.

  • Morning,
Collected parcel it was the 50 shades book that i'd ordered, started reading it last night:eek:, i have led a sheltered life, won't be taking it to work to read in my lunch break put it that way.

Speaking of work its really getting me down, even thought of ringing in sick this morning, but have got myself together will go in and smile and get on with it, really annoyed with a young teacher, who has no children, husband, life ( mieow) thinks its her right to pull to pieces working mums and how they manage things and how she could do a better job, felt like slapping her, the stupid mare has no idea and is the first to throw her toys out of the pram the minute anything doesn't go her way.

So work today, have made my lunch so should be a nsd.
Need to post aletter and cancel my dental appointment as I have ameeting after work on that day and can't make it.

    Have a good day.

Hey pwps hope your day at work goes ok, only a few more weeks left, I'm sure that teachers comments are annoying others too so your probably not the only one feeling miffed.

The book sounds good everyone is reading it I know so I'll just wait till they've finished and borrow a copy :) I'll have to read it just to see what all the fuss is about.

Had baby to docs this morning he's still not well, doc says just a virus blah blah blah the usual stuff give him paracetamol, plenty to drink etc, so I'll keep doing what I'm doing then

    Xxx
