Hi Pennywise,
Poor you being anaemic, make sure you eat your greens and also apparently fresh orange helps with the absorption, tea and coffee doesnt.
So basically have a huge roast beef and green veg with a glass of fresh orange! I was anaemic whilst pregnant, both times!
Yay to the SP, im only on about 150 points! xMummytogirls x0 -
I've heard that too, if you take your iron tablets with a glass of orange mean to absorb the iron better.
Sorry you've had a poop day pwps, hope tomorrow is better for you, I only got half my jobs done didn't manage to do bathroom or ironing oh well there's always tomorrow
Just sat at work watching the football lol xx***** on the road to debt freedom *****

Morning, yesterday was a busy work day, still feeling shattered even though I had an early night.
Sent ebay parcels yesterday, paid £30 off post office CC and put £15 of petrol in car, payday is a week tomorow and i'm totally skint.
Today I need to do a food shop, have had to borrow money off OH to do this.
Just feeling really down and have no motivation to do anything or keep going, trying really hard to cook from scratch and keep up with surveys/ebay, house looks like a bomb has gone off, feel like I need a week on my own with no distraction/kids/husband/work to get back on top of everything, I know that sounds awful but its how I feel:(.
Also think I have lost some work money £15 I was given it yesterday to gets some items at the weekend and when the school secretary gave me it I was harrassed and really busy and now I can't find it:mad:, will just have to come out of my own pocket:(.
Hope everyone else is having a good day, sorry for the depressing post.0 -
Oh dear pwps, I'm feeling a bit poop too
could have cried at work last night it's really getting me down, I think a word with the boss is in order but she scares me abit lol don't think it helps that I'm so tired baby go me up at 3 then 530, he fell back asleep at 630 and so did I I'd still be asleep now if my mum hadn't rang good job she did really or we'd have been late for school
On a positive note it's nearly weekend and sure you'll perk up one your tablets kick in pwps I think being tired has a lot to do with feeling down
Hope your day goes ok take care xx***** on the road to debt freedom *****

Dear pwps,
I'm sorry to hear you're feeling down. Try and remember how much you've already achieved and visualise where you're going - and don't sweat the small stuff! :big_hug:
It's annoying to lose the £15, hopefully it will turn up when you are not under pressure to find it.

Glad you found the money!
Sorry to hear you've been feeling down, I get that way sometimes when I just want to escape for a while. It is very draining. Maybe try and take a couple of days away from all the money raising stuff and have a break from it all. I've found that doing that helps to refresh me and then I can get back to it again."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
