HPC bear called vile on Radio 5.

Made me chuckle this one.

Billy no mates rings in with his views.
1.56 into the interview.

HPC are all up in arms over it.

At least they know how the genral public feels and won't allow a crash.

  • Well good on Victoria Derbyshire for telling it like it is.

The truly shocking thing about this is not that she called him "vile".... that goes without saying..... but rather that the hpc-ers are such an extremist minority that they'd be outraged when someone states the obvious.

Just goes to show how out of touch they are with reality.

The statement right at the end of the programme that the HPC speculation was a depressing and apocolyptic end summed it up for me.

I'm wondering if there is a market for selling tin hats ;)

Still bitter over your ban there :)

I thought he made a fair point as did the speculator.

A crash may or may not happen, the public will have little say in the matter.

Don't tell us half the story, and most of us don't/won't go near HPC like yourself.

Why don't you click on the link? Basically it was some loser saying people deserve to be in negative equity for being so stupid to buy a house.

Because I am not wasting my time looking for "bits" out of a whole show, and I am definetly not wasting my time on HPC.
I can tell from your attitude towards me that you have a problem with ANYONE who does not spread your type of postive ramping property mantra.

If Victoria Derbyshire did call this chap vile for just giving bearish opinions(like I suspect he did) then she was right out of order.
I am a big 5 Live listener along with Radio 4, I have noticed Victoria becoming more sensatialist the past few years... "what do you think to these two gay guys kissing in public" type of thing.

And for the record I think it awful that anyone going into serious debt or losing, no matter what my views on the facts of the way the markets are going I do not want to see anyone suffer.

But, that's exactly what that guy who rang-in wanted to happen to the woman!

I do not have a problem with anyone and I don't understand your comment 'your type of postive ramping' - I just say things how they are. For the record, I would love to see house prices crash - unlikley to happen though.

This was not bearish opinions - the guy said people deserve to be in NE.

He wanted her to live with the consequences of her actions.
