Has anyone else had problems using this company. They took my payment by card never delivered after a week the complaints procedure is rubbish all they did was re-orderd my order im not very impressed. jaxx

Have used them three times so far.

They delivered when they said they would and even phoned the day before to check I knew they were coming. Can't really add any more you must have got missed out?

You got any local coal merchants to use next time?

Hi Ada ive been a customer of theirs for a long time and never had a problem before. When i rung the depot to ask where my delivery was if teh mananger had said we are sorry and will deliver at the next avalible slot etc i would not of minded so much and would of brought coal to tide me over but the attitude was we have no idea when we can get it to you, there was no apoligy and teh manager said its christmas what do you expect. So i asked for my money back. i complained to teh main office who just re-orderd my order. My whole point is this what if i had no money to replace the fuel? after all they had my £70 in thier bank. But having said that im pleased your depot is fine. By the way did you know taht if you ring yoru local depot instead of ringing the main office its cheaper? tehy charge a admin fee. merry christmas.

When I order mine I usually stock up in the summer to avoid the delays. Never thought to ring the depot, just order online. Might try that next time. Thanks
