    very quick

if your desperate for somewhere cheap to stay i'd advise you to stay up now and start searching from 2.00am onwards, and it's around this time that rooms start to become available.

I've been on line at 3.00am waiting for london to come available whilst others have booked there's.

for london it's well worth staying up for.

Remember travelodge is basic, clean but basic, and you don't spend that much time in a room, so why pay a lot.

    enjoy your hunting

yes there are rooms for a saturday, but don't expect to wake up at 8.00am and get a saturday night in london.

we've stayed at a few of the travelodges in london and they've all been ok.

would book again but i've a new york trip to pay for

Hmmm ... my 15 year old and his friends want to go to a gig at Wembley Arena in Feb .... I can't decide which travelodge though, we'd be getting the train to euston and I can't work out how to get to the wembley travelodge without a car. I suppose the chances of getting a travelodge near a tube station are nil unless I stay awake until 3?

I am assuming that 15 year olds can't check in without an adult, so I have to go with them? I'm not going to the gig though, I shall sit outside with a book :D

    hi
most travelodges in london are near a tube station,

i would have a look at the tube website (i'm off bed so can't do that)

and look which line wembly is on and then look for a travelodge on that line

not sure what age kids have to be to check in. maybe look at tl website.
  • which site do the £12 rooms go live at? http://email2.travelodge.co.uk/wintersalereminder/

    or the normal booking site?

Ah, it says you can't be under 16 without an adult. I didn't want him to go without an adult anyhow, so that's great, it means one of us can go and babysit him without him being embarrassed in front of his friends :D

  • everything i'm seeing is the same price as it was before...so I'm guessing there are no £12 rooms?
  • Just booked for May in Blackpool at £12 a night, but yes, you're right. Don't think it's all live yet.
