I'm currently paying £40 per month for my service with bulldog - just discovered that I should be paying £30 for the same service. Does anyone know when they stopped charging £40 for their service so I can try and claim the difference back.
Thanks
Stan

An update for those in my boat..
I called wanadoo , asked them for my MAC code , got put through to cancellations (customer retention!) and got offered a 6 month contract at £12.99 with 8mb and free wireless modem...0 -
we had the same thing - were told that since last Feb everyone else has been payng £30 and we've been paying £40 - so we cancelled the service!!
Ar least BT rolls out to existing customers what new customers get.. talk about bad customer service from Bulldog - we'll not use them againa ndtheir customer service line didn't care when we said we would cancel - my husband had a rght go and said it was like theft and they didn't care. The more people leave them the more they'll learn!0 -

Not quite, in fact 2.37 MB is no where near 8MB is it?
You probably realise by now that it is actually up to 8MB but it will vary quite at lot in reality! Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
