I've already negotiated £6k of the original selling price, so not going to go any further.
I'm just impatient nowWeight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.0 -

As a seller under offer and waiting to exchange I completely disagree! If a price has been agreed, then it should be stuck to. Morals & principals.
Just for the record we dropped £21k and would not drop another £5k, just stay here.
Selling/buying are both stressful enough without people playing games with emotions and lives.
Good luck with the exchange!! We too are aiming to exchange before xmas with completion after now (also hoping to complete and move over xmas- but not happening!).
Also being waiting since august and been a very drawn out stressful process. Fingers Crossed0 -

what rubbish advice. I for one would not accept this as a seller, and would cancel the whole deal.0
