I've found alradite doesn't stick well to the plastic washer bottles.
Silicone rubber works better, bridged across the hole, it may take several goes to completely build the hole over though.0 -

Something we agree on.... But unfortunately whenever someone mentions using silicone rubber or silicone glue/adhesive, people go straight to a DIY store and buy cheap bath sealant :rotfl:
An excellent way to do this, would be silicone rubber/glue/adhesive and a small piece of thin plastic to use as a patch.
Dow corning do black silicone rubber (might be 791) for about £5 a tube. Ive sealed holes in exterior walls (where i've put cables through) and glued down/sealed parts of an old flat roof with this stuff, great as long as it doesn't get near your hands/clothes.
