i showed the other day that prices were collapsing there
poole is a terrible example to use
one or two houses selling on sandbanks could skew the numbers significantly
Poole is in the same 'area' the figures are accurate.
And as for that rubbish about Sandbanks skewing the figures - that's wrong ..... as they have been expensive there for at least 30 years!!
The figures are COMPARITIVE figures ..... doesn't matter what the values were - dear me, keep up at the back!Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -

Poor old marlon.
He get's very confused.
One minute. he's a wealthy director of a FTSE 100 company who could buy any house he wanted and makes multiples of salary compared to anyone else here.
Next he's a lowly middle-manager (who's called a director - but isn't really one) who can spend his workday spouting nonsense about his fortune in gold, and then who goes home to his rented bedsit each night.
:rotfl:
Even brit or geneer wouldn't come out with that sort of drivel0 -

Probably can't afford internet access at his rented place. I've noticed he posts at lunch times from an internet cafe or free from a public library.0 -
Why would a TOP FTSE100 Company Director be doing posting from the Internet Cafe's?
Or from the Library? Not his Library .... a Public Library ....
OH, I see now - you think he is telling porkies?
I suspect that he collects Trolleys at Morrisons ..... he could be called Director of Trolley Operations, maybe?Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -
