I'm still struggling to see the logic of writing point 4 when point 2 was already in place.

Its quite simple why i left them out. From his mumblings on here i take it he lives down south. He bases 99% of his rants on seeing things for himself. I want proof of his statement and not just him making things up.

As for geting to me? Hardly. Celtic trailing rangers in the league gets to me (but that wont last too long ) I just want proof thats all. Every minute he fails to produce it shows what a clown he is

Sorry my mistake I though you said Poole, Dorset only positive for last month. As for Poole prices for all types of property have increased over the last 3 months.
