I took out a loan from cashchoice and they decided to debit my account to get their money back - case closed.0 -

I asked him to name the company who he had a loan with - who took payments out of his account - both were the same - what more is there to say?What are you trying to prove/argue here?

I don't think he has a loan with them, as he has said numerous times. I think earlier in the thread he said he had never had money deposited in to his bank by a company with that name.
I'm not discounting the idea that it could be an affiliate or that some key fact has been missed, but it just sounds like it is fraudulent. Especially as they are reluctant to provide any proof that he has a loan with them.
Keep us updated with Santander's investigation OP and also let us know if you ever get any documentation from the loan company.0
