  • They are the "stock" photos that JKM Property Solutions use, I would imagine that they have been marketing it with them and now decided to ditch them....because they are [EMAIL="c@rp"]c@rp[/EMAIL]!

    Seems the photos have been left there by mistake.
    My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say ;)

    I note they have placed the before pictures after the after pictures, if you get me. Or perhaps it is the right way round. "The bathrooms looks like this, it's a little modern, with a little work and maybe by adding an aqua blue bathroom suite, beige carpet and blow up thingy perhaps, it could look like this. These are just stock photos of course....!!"

  • Thats interesting a number of properties i have been looking at had exactly the same before and after photos saying that if you brought the property the company would put in a kitchen or bathroom to your spec.

    I have just looked to link to this thread and it has been taken off.
