I have sent someone txt message and they say they did not receive it, this has happened a few times my phone status is the message was sent

It has happened to me too. So I guess it is possible even though your network may say it isn't. I am told it is impossible to send an email message, for it not to get delivered, without getting a return error message. This too has happened to me.

send a message from your number to your number and ask your friend to send one from theirs to theirs- one of two things will happen:
1. your message will never come back to your number, or
2. their message will never go back to their number.

whoever doesn't get the message back needs to do this:
1. take your sim card out of the phone, on the back there is a small gold section on the sim, wipe with a soft, clean, dry cloth, put back in phone and try again.
2. if the above doesn't work, try sim in another phone- if it doesn't work- ring your network, if it works, you need a new phone

I have had several Emails just dissapear into cyberspace.
Some times If I send from my windows phone it works ok. but if I send to the same address using my computer It just vanishes ......
But they are both sending thru the same online mail account.....
