Hi everyone,
I recently took out a new sky contract and went for the TV, Phone and broadband bundle.
They installed the sky TV (well plugged in the box) and this started playing up, we got them back and the engineer checked the disk which was covered in cobwebs, after cleaning it it worked fine.
We then waited the obligatory two weeks for the broadband to be activated and this was where the real problems began.
Countless phone calls (at our expense) countless promises which were never fulfilled and still 2 months down the line we did not have broadband.... i wont bore you with the details! but lets just say it was very very frustrating.
So we said to sky we have had enough, we arent getting the service and to cancel the whole lot. which they agreed to.
Upon checking our bank account we realised a total of around £100 had been taken with no refund.
We also have a long list of phone calls we want to charge for.
So my question is... how do i go about it? in the best way?
Thanks guys!
Bex

have you still got the dish and box? You will need to give these backDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
