  • Well I get weighed tomorrow morning at 10 & apart from 1 slip up this week I have been as good as gold - fingers crossed I can lose this 5lbs in December!

Moneywise I havent updated my totals as yet as I will be paying my next lot off in January when I get paid again - looking forward to that number coming down.

I'm still feeling quite positive - I have a wee day out with the girls on Saturday some of them have kids so we are gonna have lunch & have a wander about town, I wont be seeing them again before Christmas. My other friend from college I will meet her on 22nd for a wee catch up - OH's birthday 23rd December so presents already bought & out for dinner for that - then its Christmas!!!!!!!!!

How very exciting - though I am worried that all this may affect my weight loss goals!

I shall keep you all posted anyway

  • Well got weighed this morning & I have lost 3lbs this week!! Yayyyyyyyy I'm back in the 11s again @ 11st 13lbs!

This is brilliant - also got a new meal plan book so I can plan healthy meals.

On the £££ note I saved £0.80 this morning by getting my pepsi max from poundland instead of tesco.

  • Well Done D!!

3lbs is an excellent start. I got weighed on Monday morning and only lost 1lb:( I'm not going to post a start weight until 1/1/12 then add it to my signature for all to see.:o

Once I get my "Diet Head" on in the new year though, I'll be determined! I can stick to a healthy eating plan once I get going.

    Good Luck for next week!

I have my xmas night out with work next Thursday. Needless to say there will be lots of alcohol consumed:)
  • Yeah its not exactly the best time of year to start a diet is it!

Damage limitation for me right now - January will be when it really starts!

Enjoy your Christmas night out Romylou!
