Dial Up ISP Needed

Hi

I needed a Dial Up ISP. I am waiting for my broadband by sky to get connected but in the mean time i need to use the internet so i need to know how to connect using dial up.

As you only require internet access for a short time (until you get broadband) I would suggest that you join one of the pay-as-you-go schemes.
Orange run one at orange.co.uk, when you get there look for internet access and click on Orange Shop, then Dial Up and they can enrol you over the net. I think it costs around 1p per minute but they display the charges when you get there.

Is it really free? I have bt line with free evening and weekend calls after 6pm so this would be perfect.

How would i set this up on my computer?

i belive so .its either cardiff or london numbers begin with 02 . as for setting up theres a wizzard in xp

Let us know how you get on. If it's good, I'll be able to dialup round my Dad's who gets free eve and WE calls.

Beware, most free evening and weekend packages exclude certain classes of numbers including dial up internet access( usually 0854)!

AOL are doing a 1 month free trial dial up if you are a new customer. Just be sure to cancel within the month.
