I found another website suggesting that the people on Tv offering the bargain boilers may be a scam. I thought it sounded to cheap.

Yes, i thought when i saw the Tv advert it seemed to cheap to be true.
I still hope they'll do a repair i'm going to phone later on and ask what parts are needed and say i've seen places that have plenty of stock on the Web.
Just glad we have a gas fire down here but that doesn't help going upstairs.
